Registration Information
New Student Enrollment - Please complete the online enrollment
Registration for all students:
New students will need:
-parent's valid driver's license (or other valid photo ID),
-student's birth certificate,
-shot records,
-social security card, and
-current proof of residency (current electric, gas, water, or rental agreement). Phone bills or cable bills are not accepted.
